Commission Junction Announces New Senior Appointments LONDON, UK – 4 July 2005 – ValueClick Inc's (NASDAQ: VCLK) Commission Junction, a provider of advanced affiliate marketing solutions announces three new senior appointments for the UK office. The expansion includes the promotions of Tina Judic to Client Development Director and Kevin Addley to Senior Sales Manager. In addition, Barnaby Chapman joined the Commission Junction team in March 2005 as European Product Manager. He arrived from DoubleClick International TechSolutions Ltd, where he worked as Senior Account Manager and Solutions Services Consultant, EMEA. Tina Judic joined Commission Junction in June 2002 and has been responsible for managing the growing account management team and the strategic development of key advertiser accounts such as Capital One, eBay and Expedia. Tina's new role includes leading a newly created publisher team and focusing on enhancing the performance of the Commission Junction network across Europe. Kevin Addley joined Commission Junction in 2004, having previously held a variety of senior sales and account management roles for VCMedia, Mediaplex and Search123, the pay-per-click search engine. In his new role Kevin is responsible for the growth and development of the UK sales team and will focus on promoting a suite of affiliate marketing solutions to new and existing advertising and agency clients. In the newly created role of Product Manager, Barnaby Chapman is responsible for leading the future product development for Commission Junction in Europe. He will specifically address and clearly define the needs of clients and will act as the central point of contact for all product related matters. In addition, Barnaby will serve as the main conduit between European and US product teams.
