Chief Executive Officer, Europe, ValueClick

Carl joined ValueClick in October 2001 as Chief Operating Officer for ValueClick Europe. Carl is responsible for the overall management and growth of ValueClick's European subsidiaries: ValueClick Media, Commission Junction, Mediaplex and PriceRunner.co.uk across London, Munich, Paris and Stockholm.

Prior to joining ValueClick, Carl served as the Chief Operating Officer of 24/7 Europe and was responsible for media and technology businesses in thirteen countries. Previously, Carl was a publisher for BBC Worldwide (the commercial arm of the British Broadcasting Corporation) running commercial and editorial teams across a number of magazine titles including BBC Good Food and BBC Top Gear, as well as UK multimedia projects such as Walking with Dinosaurs.

Carl holds a B.S.c. (Hons) from Bristol University.

General Manager, Nordic, ValueClick Europe

Peter joined the company in 2004 as European Sales Director for PriceRunner (a price comparison website) in Sweden. In June 2005, Peter became General Manager for the Nordic region for ValueClick. In this role, Peter is responsible for overseeing the Nordic operations for PriceRunner and Commission Junction, the group's affiliate marketing company.

Prior to joining ValueClick Europe, Peter worked as sales and marketing manager for Antula Health Care AB, a pharmaceutical company, focusing on over the counter products. Peter also worked as consultant for Accenture (the global management and outsourcing consultancy) for two years, involved in various international projects.

Previously, Peter spent almost five years with Unilever; joining as a trainee he worked in various roles but lastly, within the sales and marketing division as Business Manager.

Peter has a degree in Business Administration from Jönköping International Business School, Sweden.

Country Manager, Nordic, Commission Junction/ValueClick Europe

Heikki Jungell joined Pricerunner in May 2002 as a European Sales Director for the Research areas, working with sales and business intelligence. Since 2006 has Heikki worked for Commission Junction and is responsible today for the development of the Nordic region, including Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.

Before joining ValueClick, Heikki spent 8 years time as Managing Director, Sweden for one of the leading Nordic market research company, Taloustutkimus. During that time Heikki also served as chairman of the Board for the Swedish Market Research Industry Association. Heikki has also held various senior positions in management consultancy and sales.

Heikki is an active member of the Finnish Academy, having contributed to their publications on management and leadership. Heikki has a Degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University, Sweden.
